David Churchill

David Churchill is currently the Chief People Officer at Endava, where David works closely with the MD Satellite and team and CFO and team. Prior to this, David held the position of Head of HR at Arqiva. David has extensive experience in HR roles, starting as an HR Business Partner at BT and progressing to Senior HR Manager. David also served as a HR Performance Management Specialist at BT, where David coached employees in performance management and conduct management. David has a background in project management as well, having worked as a Project Manager at Carillion. David holds a BA (Hons) in Business Studies and French from Bournemouth University.
