David Churchill

David Churchill is the Head of People and Organisation at Endava. Prior to this, they were the Head of HR at Arqiva from April 2014 to July 2016. From January 2010 to April 2014, they were an HR Business Partner at BT. David has also held the positions of HR Performance Management Specialist and Chairman and Chief Exec Office, 1st Line Manager, both at BT.

David Churchill attended Bournemouth University, where they studied Business Studies and French. Their focus was in French, Sustainable Development, HRM, Finance, and Organisational Behaviour and Development.
