Roxana Leatu

Roxana Leatu has been with Endava since October 2010, currently serving as Delivery Partner and Account Group Unit Lead, where responsibilities include overseeing delivery for multiple global accounts, managing a workforce of over 200, and driving quality, productivity, and innovation initiatives. Prior roles at Endava include Delivery Manager and Delivery Unit Manager, focusing on client relationships and the operations of a substantial software delivery unit. Previous experience includes project management at Matrix and Euromatrix, with a career beginning as a Developer at Matrix. Roxana holds a Master’s degree in Distributed Systems and an Engineering degree in Computer Science from Technical University, Iasi.
