Ronald Lagace

Ronald Lagace has extensive experience in aviation maintenance management, currently serving as the Tech Ops Training Manager and Maintenance Manager at Endeavor Air since May 2014, overseeing the Line Maintenance Base in LGA. Prior roles include Maintenance Manager at Republic Airlines, where responsibilities included managing the EWR base and later the LGA site. Lagace held a similar position at CommutAir, managing daily operations at the EWR Line Maintenance Base. At Colgan Air, Lagace contributed significantly by managing the startup of the Q400 Hub at Newark International Airport and overseeing compliance and quality control in Albany. Early career experience began at Caribbean Sun Airlines, playing a key role in the startup and training of maintenance personnel, and at CC Airlines as a Lead Mechanic. Ronald Lagace holds an AAS in Aviation Management from Thomas Edison State University, completed in 2012.
