Bailey Scott

Bailey Scott is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources operations and management. Currently serving as the VP of HR Operations at Endeavor since September 2012, Bailey leads a centralized HR services team of approximately 25 employees, overseeing global transactions, analytics, compliance, and processes. Previous roles at Endeavor include Senior Director HR Operations, where Bailey developed a focus on DEI reporting and managed HR operations during COVID initiatives, and HRIS Director, responsible for implementing global Workday HCM and Payroll solutions. Earlier experiences include managing festival volunteers at Film Independent and recruiting volunteers at Sundance Institute. Bailey holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Chicago, earned between 2005 and 2009.
