Raffaella Ambrosio

Raffaella Ambrosio is an accomplished professional in the field of Human Resources, currently serving as Senior Manager at Endeavor since July 2021, following roles as Manager and Advisor within the same department. Prior experience includes a position as Human Resources Associate at Greenwich House from July 2020 to July 2021, as well as serving as a Research Assistant at Pace University - Lubin School of Business from September 2019 to April 2020. Initial experience in recruitment was gained through positions at Leroy Merlin and Michael Page in 2017. Raffaella holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from Pace University - Lubin School of Business and another Master’s degree in Economics from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Business from the University of Naples ‘Parthenope’.
