Jordan Newell

Jordan joined Endeavour in 2021 as the firm’s Head of Talent. He works with Endeavour’s portfolio companies and investment teams to help drive growth through the identification and acquisition of high-impact senior executives and board members. Jordan also manages Endeavour’s recruiting relationships.

Prior to Endeavour, Jordan spent nearly a decade at Spencer Stuart as a core member of the firm’s Private Equity, CFO, and Board practices. Jordan graduated from the University of California at Los Angeles, where he received a B.A. in Political Science. Jordan currently lives in Manhattan Beach, California.
