Vicky Matei has extensive work experience in the HR field. Vicky started their career with Enel in 2008, working in various roles such as Junior HR, HR Recruitment and Development Specialist, HR Development Specialist, and Junior HR Training and Development. In 2015, they joined Enel Green Power as an HR Business Partner. Vicky then moved to Endesa X in 2021, where they served as the Head of People Business Partners for Endesa X Iberia. Currently, they hold the position of Head of People Business Partners for Endesa X Market E-Mobility and Customer Operation Iberia at Endesa since 2022.
Vicky Matei completed an Advanced Management Program from IE Business School in 2022-2023. Prior to that, in 2015-2016, they attended Instituto de Coaching Ejecutivo CORAOPS and obtained a degree in Executive Coaching. In addition, Vicky holds a Master's Degree in "European Funds" from Academia de Studii Economice din București, which they completed from 2007 to 2009. Vicky also has a University degree in "European Administration" from Scoala Nationala de Studii Politice si Administrative (SNSPA) earned between 2003 and 2007.
