Cindy Larkin

Cindy Larkin, PHR, currently serves as the Benefits Manager at Endicott College since April 2018, overseeing all benefit programs for employees including health, welfare, and retirement plans, while managing annual open enrollment and vendor partnerships. Prior to this role, Cindy worked as the Director of Human Resources at Dessange Group North America from March 2001 to April 2018, where skills in strategic planning and organizational assessment were applied. Earlier experience includes a role at Jortberg Associates from 1999 to 2003, focusing on patent and trademark research along with office management tasks such as general accounting. Cindy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Endicott College and a Paralegal Certificate from Salem State University.
