Jaclyn Picon

Jaclyn Picon is the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition & People Operations at Endo International plc. Jaclyn has extensive experience in talent acquisition, working across various divisions and international locations. Prior to their current role, Jaclyn held positions at Par Pharmaceutical as a Talent Acquisition Manager and at Kaztronix as a Recruiter. Jaclyn also gained experience as an Assistant Preschool Teacher at The Jewish Federations of North America. Jaclyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
