Elowyn Perry has a diverse background in technical support and leadership roles. Elowyn started their career as a Consultation Agent at Geek Squad in 2015, where they gained customer-facing experience and leadership skills. Moving on to Microsoft in 2016, Elowyn worked as an Escalations Analyst, developing training materials and reporting for the team. Elowyn then transitioned to Russell Tobin, where they held roles such as Triage Specialist and Team Lead for Facebook, focusing on bug triaging and documentation. At Wipro Limited, they served as a Team Lead for Facebook, enhancing communication with stakeholders and leading a successful transition to a vendor management structure.
