Janet Reardon

Janet Reardon serves as the Executive Director and Head of HR at Endpoint Clinical, effective August 2023, bringing extensive experience in human resources leadership across various organizations. Previous positions include Human Resources Director at Moderna and Labcorp Drug Development, as well as Divisional HR Director supporting enterprise-wide IT at Covance. Janet's early career features roles at Corrpro Companies, Inc., Overland Storage, and several law firms, showcasing a strong foundation in both HR and legal practices. Janet holds a JD from Fordham University School of Law, a Master's degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Colorado State University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Skidmore College, having majored in Political Science and French.
