Melissa McDonald has extensive experience in software testing and operations, currently serving as Associate Director of Operations Testing at Endpoint Clinical since September 2018. Prior roles include Lead Test Engineer and Test Engineer, contributing to various testing initiatives. At MC Backup and Recovery from February 2005 to September 2017, Melissa functioned as a Consultant Software Test Engineer, where responsibilities included writing test plans, creating test schedules, and tracking defects for Wymac Capital Inc. Prior experience also includes being a Lead Software Test Engineer at Dantz Development Corporation, where Melissa trained staff and collaborated with product development teams, and as a Technical Support Engineer at ProModel Corporation, focusing on customer training and software defect identification.
