Ajit Dodani

Ajit Dodani has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Ajit is currently the Director and Head of Business Operations at Endpoint since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at HomeLight where they held multiple roles, including Director and Head of Business Operations for Home Loans from May 2021 to December 2021, and Director and Head of Business Operations for Closing Services from July 2019 to May 2021. During their time at HomeLight, they played a key role in expanding the national title and escrow business.

Before joining HomeLight, Dodani worked at Capital One, where they held various positions. As a Data Analysis Manager in Market Intelligence and Corporate Strategy from January 2016 to June 2019, they led credit card and bank strategic intelligence initiatives. Ajit also served as a Principal Analyst in Small Business Bank Strategy from January 2014 to December 2016, where they managed P&L analytics and business intelligence. Additionally, they worked as a Senior Analyst in Direct Bank Product Management from January 2013 to January 2014, and as an Analyst in Retail Bank Channel Strategy from July 2011 to December 2012.

Dodani's earlier work experience includes being the Managing Partner at Draco Property Management LLC, a real estate investment business specializing in private money lending and real estate management. Ajit has also served as the Chairman of Capital Region Underwater Hockey.

Throughout their career, Dodani has demonstrated strong leadership and analytical skills, contributing to the growth and success of the companies they worked for.

Ajit Dodani completed their education with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics from Imperial College London in the years 2003 to 2006. Later, from 2009 to 2011, they pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Applied Economics from the Georgia Institute of Technology. In 2023, Ajit Dodani enrolled at The Wharton School, where they obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in 2025.
