Andrew Pryor-Miller

Andrew Pryor-Miller has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Andrew is currently working as a Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineering Manager at Endpoint since May 2020.

Before that, they worked at Bird from 2019 to 2020, where they held the position of Co-Lead of Bird Noire and Quality Assurance Manager. In this role, they managed a team of full-time employees and offshore contractors, created processes for weekly sprints and releases of iOS and Android applications, and co-led the BirdNoir employee resource group.

Prior to Bird, Andrew worked at Snap Inc. from 2015 to 2019. Andrew held various positions including Co-Lead of SnapNoir, Quality Assurance Engineer Lead, and Quality Assurance Engineer. During their time at Snap Inc., they led large testing projects, scoped projects requiring multiple QA resources, and collaborated with release and customer operation teams to identify and resolve production issues.

Earlier in their career, Andrew worked at SkyKick as a Technical Account Manager in 2015, and at Microsoft in various roles from 2003 to 2014. At Microsoft, they held positions such as Staffing Consultant, Software Engineering, and Software Engineering Intern, where they gained experience in core staffing responsibilities, full cycle recruiting strategy, technical interviews, software engineering, testing, mentoring, and coordination of team activities.

Additionally, Andrew had internships at Hewlett-Packard in 2003, 2004, and 2005, where they worked in roles related to electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and software engineering. These internships allowed him to gain experience in design, testing, and monitoring of various systems and applications using different programming languages and tools.

Andrew Pryor-Miller attended the California Academy of Mathematics and Sciences from 1999 to 2003. However, they did not obtain a degree or specialize in any particular field of study during this time. Later, from 2003 to 2008, Andrew pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science and Engineering at UCLA.
