Krishna Gaikwad

Krishna Gaikwad is an experienced engineering professional specializing in electrical and mechanical maintenance. Currently serving as an Executive Engineer at Endurance Technologies Ltd. since May 2023, Krishna is responsible for the maintenance of CNC and VMC machines, as well as furnaces and grinding machines. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Electrical Engineer at NHK Automotive Components India Private Limited from October 2021 to May 2023, where responsibilities involved maintaining plant-related documentation, including metrics for mean time to repair (MTTR) and mean time between failures (MTBF).
