Christine Vannelli, MSN, MHA, RN, RYT has over 28 years of experience in the healthcare field. Christine began their career in 1992 as a USN Hospital Corpsman HM3 in the US Navy, where they were responsible for managing, training/education, and supervision of 16 personnel. Christine was recognized for their outstanding service of duty and was awarded various awards and metals.

In 2003, Christine began their work as an Emergency Room RN at Banner Health. Christine fostered and established relationships with physicians, nurses, staff and patients and maintained open lines of communication to optimize patient outcomes and provide safe and effective nursing care in a critical care environment.

In 2007, Christine was hired as a Clinical Consultant at Abbott. Christine was charged with driving revenue growth in an underperforming region, covering multiple states. Christine grew the territory from 63% to 80% market share through increased microgram growth and competitive business conversions.

In 2009, Christine was hired as a Clinical Educator at IASIS Healthcare. Christine developed, evaluated, reviewed/revised, implemented and coordinated education for staff, based on identified needs and regulatory requirements. Christine also developed curriculum for Core Measures Training for 500+ nursing staff with a documented increase from sub-standard ratings to meeting and exceeding regional and national benchmarks in 4 month period.

In 2011, Christine was hired as a Medical Science Liaison at PDI. Christine developed professional peer-to-peer relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and other prominent healthcare providers as they related to PDI's marketed and development pipeline products. Christine also improved clinical expertise through aggressive education.

In 2013, Christine was hired as a Contract Clinical Nurse Educator at Publicis Touchpoint Solutions. Christine was a clinical expert to internal/external customers and educated healthcare providers and ACT Teams on disease state, treatment protocol, quality metrics, and DSM-5 diagnosis criteria for schizophrenia.

In 2015, Christine began working as Adjunct Faculty for NRS 433V INTRODUCTION TO NURSING RESEARCH at Grand Canyon University. Christine promoted the use of research findings as a basis for improving clinical practice and presented quantitative and qualitative research methodologies with emphasis on the critical review of research studies and their applications to clinical practice.

In 2017, Christine was hired as a Clinical Prevention Specialist at HCMS Group. Christine provided “health management” for 350-375 members and educated individuals/ families about medications, disease states and treatment options. Christine also utilized motivational interviewing to drive behavior change to produce documented risk reduction, improved outcomes and reduced employer healthcare costs.

In 2020, Christine was hired as Director of Clinical Training at Aesthetics Biomedical Inc.

Currently, Christine is the Director of Clinical Training at EndyMed Medical.

Christine Vannelli received their Bachelor of Science in Registered Nursing from George Mason University in 2003. Christine then went on to receive their Master of Science in Registered Nursing from University of Phoenix in 2010. Finally, they earned their Master's degree in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from University of Phoenix in 2011.
