Assoc. Cipd Aisling mc Gowan

Aisling Mc Gowan, Assoc. CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Aisling started their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Balbriggan Dental Care, where they managed a busy switchboard and handled appointment scheduling. Aisling then worked at Peninsula Ireland, initially as a Call Handler, where they answered incoming calls and managed client welcome packs. Later, they became a Client Satisfaction Specialist, dealing with complaints and contract agreements.

Aisling then joined AIB as a Direct Banking Advisor, where they handled customer queries, performed account updates, and assisted customers with online banking. Aisling returned to Peninsula Ireland as a Litigation Coordinator, handling legal cases and appeals, and later joined Peninsula Canada as a Legal Consultant in Employment Law. In this role, they represented clients in Ministry of Labour Cases, created submissions for the MOL, negotiated settlement agreements, and drafted legal documents.

In order to familiarize herself with the Canadian working environment, Aisling took up temporary positions in various industries. Aisling used this time to gain exposure to different working methods and expectations.

Most recently, Aisling joined Talbot Pierce Consulting Limited as a Senior Human Resources Administrator and Legal Executive, where they likely utilized their legal and HR knowledge and skills. Currently, they are working at Enea AB as a Human Resources Generalist.
