Aisling Mc Gowan, Assoc. CIPD, has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Aisling started their career as a Front Desk Receptionist at Balbriggan Dental Care, where they managed a busy switchboard and handled appointment scheduling. Aisling then worked at Peninsula Ireland, initially as a Call Handler, where they answered incoming calls and managed client welcome packs. Later, they became a Client Satisfaction Specialist, dealing with complaints and contract agreements.

Most recently, Aisling joined Talbot Pierce Consulting Limited as a Senior Human Resources Administrator and Legal Executive, where they likely utilized their legal and HR knowledge and skills. Currently, they are working at Enea AB as a Human Resources Generalist.
