Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, where innovation projects are supported through training and mentorship. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha has focused on enhancing the software development landscape by making processes more dynamic and reliable since 2005. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, Chief Innovation Officer and CTO at Energy Web, and various advisory and leadership positions in blockchain technology across multiple organizations. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and certifications in Fintech and Project Management.
