Rosa Ines Borge

Rosa Ines Borge is a seasoned professional in fuels and logistics, currently serving as the Head of Fuels and Logistics at Enel Colombia since July 2014. In this role, Rosa is responsible for optimizing sourcing strategies for coal and liquid fuels, as well as managing the marketing and sale of by-products from thermal power plants. Previous positions include Business Development Engineer at RDT - Rotary Drilling Tools Colombia, Commercial Front End at Tenaris, and Sales and Logistics Manager at Mercar Ltd UK. Rosa holds a Marketing MSc from Brunel University London, an International Business Specialist degree from Universidad del Norte, and a degree in Industrial Engineering from Universidad del Norte. With extensive experience in negotiation, supply chain management, and relationship building in various industries, Rosa brings a comprehensive skill set to the field.
