Elizabeth Perez Carreño has a diverse work experience in various companies. Elizabeth started their career at Scotiabank in 2010 as an Analyst of Compensations, where they were responsible for salary proposals, HR indicators, and database management. Elizabeth then moved to Sitrans Ltda. as an Engineer of Studies and Compensations, where they focused on HR budgeting, job descriptions, and salary structures. In 2013, they joined Enersis as a Senior Organization Specialist, and later transitioned to Enel Chile, where they held several roles including Senior HR Specialist, HR Business Partner, and Head of Learning and Development.

Elizabeth Perez Carreño completed a Diploma in Art History at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez in 2022. Prior to that, they earned a degree in Commercial Engineering with a focus on Business Administration from Universidad de Santiago de Chile, from 2005 to 2010.
