Alessandro Gori

Alessandro Gori has a diverse work experience across various industries. Alessandro started their career in 2012 as a Summer Time Children Animator at Asd Pro Roma Calcio, where they developed their skills in kindness, endurance, and self-control. In 2013, they worked as a Personnel and Visitors Manager at Airbnb, honing their soft skills in visitor management, personnel assistance, and claim management. From 2018 to 2019, they worked as a Quality Management Intern at Bombardier, focusing on Six Sigma project development. Alessandro then joined Johnson & Johnson as a Process Improvement Engineer, where they provided process engineering and control support, implemented performance control systems, and led kaizen groups. Alessandro also worked at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson as an Associate Project Engineer. In 2019, they joined E-Distribuzione as part of the Global Graduate Program Infrastructure&Network and took on various roles, including Head of Dispatching and Services, Head of Meter Inspection, and Grid Operating Unit in Operational Availability Regime. In 2021, they joined Enel Group as a GI&N Agile Agent, responsible for promoting the agile mindset and supporting the implementation of agile initiatives.

In 2018, Alessandro participated in a Six-Month Master Program in Mechanical Engineering Modelling at Budapest University of Technology and Economics.

In 2016, Alessandro completed the National Instrument LabVIEW Course at Sapienza Università di Roma.

From 2013 to 2016, Alessandro earned a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (Ingegneria meccanica) from Sapienza Università di Roma.

From 2008 to 2013, Alessandro graduated with a Diploma in Studi generali from Liceo Scientifico Cavour.

Additionally, Alessandro has obtained two certifications: an Excellent Graduate A.A. 2017/2018, granted by Università degli Studi di Roma 'La Sapienza' in May 2019, and a LabVIEW Certified Associate Developer, awarded by National Instruments in December 2016.
