Eugenia Melea

Eugenia Melea is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as the Chief People, Culture & Sustainability Officer at Principia Energy since March 2024. With extensive experience in human resources, Eugenia has been with Enel Green Power since January 2009, where responsibilities include leading HR initiatives across Europe, focusing on training and development, recruitment, and sustainability efforts. Prior roles include HR Manager for Motorola in the Greece and Balkans region, where management of HR programs spanned multiple countries, and HR Administrative at Carrefour. Eugenia began a career in human resources as an HR Assistant at The Coca-Cola Company in Greece. Academically, Eugenia holds an MSc in Human Resources Management from SDA Bocconi and a Bachelor's degree in Political Sciences from Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon.
