Lisa Shanoff has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Lisa began their career as an Actuarial Analyst at Liberty Mutual Insurance in 2002. Lisa then moved to the Financial Services Commission in 2003, where they worked as an Actuarial Analyst for a year. In 2006, Lisa joined Scotiabank as a Senior Business Analyst and continued in that role until 2010. Lisa then joined BlackBerry and held various positions, including Consumer Business Analyst and Pricing Manager, until 2014. Lisa then joined Rogers Communications, where they worked in several roles over a period of 9 years. Lisa started as a Senior Manager in Fido Pricing, then transitioned to a Senior Marketing Manager in Rogers Wireless Marketing. Lisa later became the Director of Competitive Insights in Wireless Pricing before taking on the role of Director/Product Owner for Customer Retention & Lifecyle Marketing. In 2023, Lisa joined Enercare Inc. as the Director of Customer Base Management.

Lisa Shanoff completed the Canadian Securities Course at the Canadian Securities Institute in 2009. Prior to that, they studied at the University of Waterloo from 2001 to 2006, earning a Bachelor of Mathematics degree with a specialization in Honours Mathematics/Business Administration (Co-op).
