Görkem Teneler

Görkem Teneler has a diverse work experience with a focus on sales, consulting, and board membership in various organizations. Görkem started their career in 2011 as a Postgraduate Researcher at Gotland University. In 2014, they co-founded Verk Energy Technologies Ltd. and served as the Managing Partner until 2017. During this time, they also worked as a Sales Partner/Consultant at enercast. From 2016 to 2017, they were a Co-Founder and Business Development Manager at Ventira Engineering. In 2016, they also became an Executive Board Member and Co-founder of İzmir Renewable Energy Cooperative. In 2018, they joined TMMOB Makina Mühendisleri Odası İzmir Şubesi and served as a Board Member for three consecutive terms. Most recently, they have assumed the role of Head of Sales at enercast in September 2022.

Görkem Teneler completed their high school education at Bornova Anadolu Lisesi (\u0130zmir Koleji) from 2000 to 2004. Görkem then pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Izmir Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2010. In 2008, they also studied Mechanical Engineering at Universit\u00e0 degli Studi di Salerno as part of an exchange program. From 2010 to 2011, Görkem earned a Master's Degree in Energy Technology (Wind Power Project Management) from Uppsala University. Görkem later enrolled in a Doctor of Philosophy - PhD program in Engineering Mechanics at KTH Royal Institute of Technology from 2011 to 2013, although it is noted as incomplete. Additionally, in 2008, they studied Italian at Universit\u00e0 per Stranieri di Perugia.
