Courtney Cole-Lovelace

Courtney Cole-Lovelace has worked in a variety of roles in the human resources and payroll fields since 2008. Courtney began their career as a Program Assistant and Junior Golf Coach at The First Tee Metropolitan New York. In 2010, they were a Junior Golf Instructor at Chelsea Piers. In 2011, they were an International Admissions Counselor for MBA@UNC and @WashULaw at 2U. From 2014 to 2020, they worked at AvalonBay Communities, first as a Sales and Service Supervisor and then as a Community Consultant. In 2020, they were an Office Manager at Stone House at Stirling Ridge for Landmark Hospitality. In 2021, they became a Human Resources/Payroll Specialist for Landmark Hospitality and an EDI Implementation Specialist for SHI International Corp. Courtney currently holds the role of Payroll, Compensation, and Benefits Administration Specialist at Energage.

Courtney Cole-Lovelace attended Duke University from 2004 to 2008, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Art History.
