Strategic Customer Success Manager at Energage

Daniel DiPiero began their career in 2011 as a Video Board Crew Member at the Mullins Center. In 2014, they started working at Academic Programs International (API) as an API Campus Advocate, where they were responsible for setting up marketing strategies to generate awareness and interest in study abroad programs. Daniel also educated students about the advantages of studying abroad through their own personal experiences. That same year, Daniel began working at WorkplaceDynamics as a Business Operations and Business Acquisitions, where they collaborated with account management and client service reps to assist clients with any complications or concerns, guaranteed that clients' survey results were set up correctly, and helped increase retention rates by providing a smooth customer experience. In 2017, they joined Energage as a Strategic Customer Success Manager and a Customer Success Manager, where they developed a professional relationship with the customer to understand their business outcomes, created an effective strategy to ensure the product could help produce their business outcomes, drove product adoption to increase utilization from customers, and trained key stakeholders in their culture platform.

Daniel DiPiero obtained a Communication degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2014, having studied Communication and Media Studies from 2010 to 2014. In 2013, they also attended Lorenzo de Medici. In 2018, they obtained a Customer Success University certification from Gainsight. Daniel also has a Film certification from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
