Thomas Stapp

Thomas Stapp is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in investment and corporate leadership. Currently serving as a Board Member and Adviser at Energetech since May 2023, Thomas also holds the position of Investment Executive at an investment firm, focusing on growth-stage companies. Prior to this, Thomas was the Chief Financial Officer and Co-Sponsor at Constellation from 2021 to 2023, leading an ESG-focused Special Purpose Acquisition Company. Thomas's previous roles include Associate Partner at Bain & Company and Principal at Oliver Wyman, both within private equity and capital markets. Additionally, Thomas advised the Australian Government's Financial System Inquiry. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Finance (Hons) from The Australian National University and Executive Education from The Wharton School.
