Daniel Rubio is an experienced engineer specializing in gas pipelines, with extensive expertise in GIS, environmental management, and territorial information systems. Since September 2007, Daniel has held the position of Ingeniero at ENARSA, focusing on parcel impact assessments and the optimization of gas pipeline routes in Argentina.
