Eric Methot

Eric Methot serves as the Human Resources Senior Director for Compensation and Benefits at Énergie Valero Inc. since July 2011, where responsibilities include overseeing human resources services in Canada and facilitating communication with the head office in San Antonio. Prior to this role, Eric held the position of Human Resources Senior Director at RONA from August 2005 to July 2011 and served as the Labor Relation Director at BRP from May 2000 to August 2005. Eric holds a Bachelor's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Université Laval, earned between 1989 and 1991.
