Lissette Barrios is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in HR management and strategy across various organizations. Currently serving as Gerente Recursos Humanos y Comunicación at ENERGUATE since June 2018, Lissette has previously held positions including People Operations Manager at UBIQUO LABS and Human Capital Manager at Widefense, both from January 2015 to May 2018. Additionally, Lissette served as Vice President of Human Capital at WAU MOVIL and Human Resources Manager at NCO Customer Management, Inc. Lissette's expertise encompasses HR strategy, labor relations, conflict management, and employee retention, supported by a strong regional focus while managing HR functions for multiple Central American countries at Ernst & Young.
