Craig Ivison

Craig Ivison MBA is an experienced leader in employment and skills development, currently serving as the Head of People and Skills at Energus since August 2021. Prior to this, Craig held the position of Head of Employment and Skills at the Cumbria Local Enterprise Partnership from January 2017 to July 2021, where significant achievements included implementing a countrywide skills plan and securing over £10 million for skill development. Craig's career encompasses roles in academia, local government, and national policy management, with a focus on developing strategic educational initiatives and improving vocational training, especially in apprenticeships.
