Marcus Wood

Marcus Wood is an experienced professional in the energy sector, currently serving as the Head of EA Connections - Net Zero at Energy Assets since January 2024. Previously, Marcus held the position of Head of Renewables and Commercial EV at Energise Energy Solutions from May 2021 to June 2023, where the focus was on promoting sustainable energy solutions. Marcus also has a significant tenure at Energy Assets from May 2017 to May 2021, where roles included Head of Operations and Head of Field Operations - Gas. Earlier career experience includes leadership positions at SMS plc, where Marcus was Head of Industrial and Commercial Metering, and at Capita Real Estate and Infrastructure as E & I Supervisor/Technician. Education was completed at Scarborough College.
