Kim Cassidy

Kim Cassidy serves as the Principal Advisor for Strategic Workforce Capability at Energy Queensland since September 2017, focusing on developing organizational capabilities to meet future workforce and customer needs. In previous roles at Energy Queensland, including Acting Training Solutions Manager and Senior Advisor for Talent, Kim contributed to talent strategy development and succession planning initiatives. Kim also chaired the Capricorn Regional Engagement Committee at the Institute of Managers and Leaders from February 2017 to August 2020, promoting local leadership. Prior experience includes serving as an Organisational Development Advisor and Project Learning Facilitator at Ergon Energy. Educational credentials include a Graduate Certificate in Professional Practice from the University of New England and a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from Morrisey Group Pty Ltd.
