Judith Sax

Judith Sax is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and legal consulting. Currently serving as a Realtor®, Seniors Real Estate Specialist, and Attorney at Energy Realty since January 2015, Judith provides comprehensive guidance in the buying, selling, and leasing of properties. In addition, Judith operates as a freelance Legal Consultant, focusing on drafting legal documents and managing discovery processes. Previous roles include Independent Legal Contractor for Situs, where commercial real estate lease and loan abstracting was performed, and Attorney at Law in a solo practice concentrating on family law. Judith's background also includes significant leadership experience as Executive Vice President at Great Wall Investments and Foreign Legal Counsel at China Agribusiness Trust and Investment Corporation, where complex international transactions were negotiated. Judith holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) in International Law and Legal Studies from American University Washington College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in East Asian Studies from the University of Maryland.
