Prior roles include Assistant Facilities Manager at both Energy Systems Group and Chevron, where responsibilities encompassed operations supervision, budget management, and staff training. Michael Lange's earlier career includes leadership positions as General Foreman at Gill Simpson Electrical Contractors and NATELCO Electric Corporation, focusing on electrical construction projects across multiple industries. Michael Lange holds an Electrical Apprenticeship from IBEW Local 24, completed in 2000.
