Hai Nguyen

Hai Nguyen has a strong background in IT and software development. Hai began their career in 2001 as a Software Engineer Staff II at United Space Alliance and later worked at Accenture as a Senior System Analyst, where they were responsible for implementing and maintaining clients' web portals. In 2012, they joined PAS as a Senior Application Developer, specializing in front-end and back-end components for the Integrity Software Suite. Since 2016, Hai has been working at Energy Transfer, starting as a Senior Specialist and then progressing to a Lead Specialist role. In this position, they have led an IT Applications Development and Support team, developing custom applications and tools using various technologies and platforms. Hai's recent work also includes setting up DevOps continuous build and release pipelines for their team.

Hai Nguyen obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, which they attended from 2000 to 2002. Prior to that, they completed 60+ credits in General Study at Houston Community College from 1996 to 2000. In 2017, Hai also obtained the ITIL Foundation certification from AXELOS Global Best Practice.
