Luke Phelps

Luke Phelps is an experienced Control Center Manager at Energy Transfer, overseeing a team of 22 professionals responsible for more than 2500 miles of pipelines across the United States since May 2018. Prior to this role, Luke served as a Pipeline Control Team Lead, coordinating project integration and conducting research to support the Control Center. From September 2012 to May 2018, Luke worked at Enterprise Products, initially as a Control Center Lead, where expertise in pipeline console operations and procedure development was demonstrated, and previously as a Pipeline Controller, ensuring safe and efficient movement of liquid hydrocarbons. Luke holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Tarleton State University and two Associate's Degrees in Air Traffic Control and Aircraft Dispatch from Texas State Technical College Waco.
