Marilyn Lineberger

Marilyn Lineberger is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in change management, crisis communications, and corporate communications. Currently serving as Principal Advisor at Quanta Technology, LLC, since June 2022, and as Owner of Lineberger Company LLC offering consulting services since June 2021, Marilyn specializes in enterprise change management, executive coaching, and strategic communications. Prior experience includes a distinguished career at Duke Energy Corporation spanning from September 1980 to April 2020, where Marilyn held roles such as Director, leading transformation initiatives and operational excellence, and Manager II in Corporate Communications, overseeing various communication functions. Marilyn holds a Master's degree in Organization Development from Queens University of Charlotte, earned between 2011 and 2013, and has further educational qualifications from Gardner-Webb University.
