Sara Salama

Sara Salama is currently working as an HR Specialist at ENERGYA Steel Solutions since May 2010. Prior to this, Sara was a Learning and Development Executive at Marcyrl Pharmaceutical Industries from April 2008 to May 2010. Sara graduated with a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo in 2008. Further, Sara studied at the Faculty of Arts from 2002 to 2006 and completed their Thanwia Amma in Science from Omar Ibn El Khatab Language School in 2002. In their role, Sara monitors, evaluates, and records training activities and program effectiveness while coordinating with service providers for specific training programs to help employees maintain or improve job skills.
