Customer Operations Manager at EnergyCAP

Kimberly Fullam has a diverse work experience. Kimberly is currently working at EnergyCAP, LLC since 2020, where they hold the position of Customer Operations Manager and previously worked as a Capture Services Specialist. At EnergyCAP, LLC, they manage customer operations effectively. Prior to this, from 2005 to 2020, Kimberly worked at Affinity Connection as the Director of Database Services. In this role, they maintained databases for various clients, including Greek organizations and non-profit organizations. Kimberly designed reports for distribution and internal use, created project outlines for new client setups, and collaborated with clients to enhance their databases for increased funding. Before that, from 2001 to 2011, Kimberly served as a Front Ensemble Instructor for the Mifflinburg Marching Wildcats. In this position, they wrote and arranged parts for the Front Ensemble of a competitive marching band and taught technique and musicianship.

Kimberly Fullam received their Associate's Degree in Information Technology from South Hills School of Business & Technology, where they studied from 2002 to 2004. Kimberly later pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia and Visual Communications at the University of Phoenix, graduating in 2011. In addition to their formal education, Kimberly Fullam obtained certifications in Mastery of EnergyCAP from EnergyCAP, Inc. in December 2020, and in Email Marketing from HubSpot in September 2018.
