Rishabh Mallick has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Rishabh started their career as a Project Management Co-Op at Santander Bank, N.A. from October 2009 to December 2010. Rishabh then worked as a Structured Products Co-Op at State Street Bank from January 2011 to June 2011. Rishabh joined Liberty Mutual Insurance as an Underwriting Intern in May 2012 to August 2012, and later became a Product Management Associate from January 2013 to June 2013.

In 2013, Rishabh moved to Wells Fargo Capital Finance where they worked as a Financial Analyst in their Graduate Financial Analyst Program. Rishabh completed rotations in portfolio management, underwriting, and loan originations along with formal credit training. Rishabh then became a Channel Finance ABL Commercial Underwriter from July 2015 to June 2018.

Rishabh's next move was to IBM, where they held two roles: Financial Sales Executive from January 2019 to June 2021 and Summit Program Sales Specialist from July 2018 to December 2018. Rishabh then joined Uplight as a Sales Director, Client Solutions from June 2021 to January 2022.

Following Uplight, Rishabh joined Edo as a Utility Sr. Account Executive from March 2022 to March 2023, focusing on delivering demand-side energy management solutions for Utilities. Currently, they are employed at EnergyHub as a Sales Executive, responsible for developing and growing engagements with Utilities in the United States, with an emphasis on decarbonizing the grid and preparing for the future of energy.

Rishabh Mallick obtained a high school diploma from J.P. Stevens High School. After completing high school, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a specialization in Finance & Economics at Northeastern University from 2008 to 2012. In 2011, they also attended The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) for a summer school degree in Finance.
