Deborah Gozzo

Deborah Gozzo is an experienced fitness instructor and yoga educator, with a professional background spanning several companies since 2013. Currently serving as a Pilates instructor at Energym® and a yoga teacher at multiple fitness centers, including Arhena5 Fitness and ASDC Centro Danza Latisana, Deborah has a strong focus on yoga education for children through workshops at DuepuntoZero. Previous roles include fitness animation at Società Imprese Lignano - S.I.L. S.p.A. and Shiatsu therapy at Terme Messegué Lignano Riviera, complemented by qualifications in various forms of massage and yoga, including prenatal and kids yoga. Deborah's educational background includes training at the Federazione Italiana Yoga and the High Quality Shiatsu School.
