Geoffrey started their career in 1987 at the FDIC, where they served in various management and specialty roles, focusing on regulatory compliance, risk mitigation, and asset management for the Financial Industry. During this time, they also worked closely with regional and national executives on high-profile projects and strategic initiatives.

In 1997, Isbell joined Electronic Data Systems (EDS) as a Sales and Management Executive. Geoffrey excelled in managing key client relationships and service delivery, developing marketing strategies for solution offerings, and achieved recognition as a top sales performer. Geoffrey was also a recipient of the prestigious 'Inner Circle' award for their outstanding performance in technology sales.

In 2003, Isbell ventured into entrepreneurship and became the Business Owner of Architectural Ironwork. Specializing in handmade artisan-blacksmith skills and efficient fabrication with CAD systems, plasma cutting, and welding techniques, their business offered a range of architectural ironwork designs, from traditional to contemporary styles.

Since 2006, Isbell has been the President of Energy Worldnet (EWN). As a detailed and results-oriented leader, they have been responsible for executing the company's vision and strategy. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Accounting from Vernon College in 1988. In addition to their formal education, Isbell has obtained several certifications, including NRA Certified Pistol Instructor, NRA Personal Protection in the Home, NRA Range Safety Officer (RSO), and SIG SAUER Factory Armorer Certification, all of which were obtained in 2014.
