Michael Miller has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Michael started their career at Hertz in 1996, where they worked in International Pricing & Planning and was responsible for managing a $1.0 billion inbound-US international rental business and developing new product launches. Michael then moved to IBM Global Services in 2001, where they worked in Finance & Planning and successfully budgeted and forecasted $1.3 billion of spending and deployment of 35,000 headcount, generating $60 million of incremental profit through cost reduction strategies. In 2002, they joined Enerpac as the Managing Director for Enerpac Japan, where they successfully grew the sales by 65% to $20 million by introducing heavy-lift machinery, expanding the customer base and market share, and globalizing the product portfolio. Michael also revitalized the company to generate $5 million of annual net profit from a 5-year loss position through right-sizing cost structures, operational improvement, and strong balance sheet management. In 2016, they took on the role of Regional Director for APAC Heavy Lift Technology at Enerpac.
