Erica Ward

Erica Ward is an accomplished Human Resources Manager with extensive experience in the field. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager III at EnerSys since October 2022, Erica previously held the position of Human Resources Manager at White River Marine Group from September 2015 to October 2022, and at Regal from October 2010 to September 2015. Erica began her career as an HR Assistant at Emerson Climate Technologies from 2007 to 2009. Erica holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) degree in Business from Drury University (2006-2010) and has pursued additional education at Missouri State University from 2012 to 2013.
