Joette Shiller is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer service and credit analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Customer Service Manager at EnerSys since July 2004, Joette has progressed through various roles, including Customer Service Manager and Senior Collections Analyst. Prior to joining EnerSys, Joette worked at Exide Technologies from 1996 to 2004 as an Intermediate Credit Analyst and Customer Account Representative, demonstrating a strong background in customer relations and financial management.
