Nagarjuna Reddy

Nagarjuna Reddy has significant experience in the engineering industry. Nagarjuna worked at EnerSys as a Lead Compliance Engineer, where they conducted compliance tests and generated reports. Nagarjuna also maintained relationships with customers and test houses. Prior to that, they were a Certification and Test Engineer at EnerSys, where they performed safety and performance tests and designed testing circuits. Nagarjuna also worked as an Electrical Test Engineer at i2Systems, where they were involved in product development and testing. Nagarjuna has experience in inspection, testing, and qualification of cell-based products as an Electrical Engineer at Duracell Inc. Additionally, Nagarjuna worked as a Teaching Assistant at the University of New Haven, where they mentored students and conducted lectures. Nagarjuna began their career as an Intern at Duchess Group client: DirectEnergy, where they assisted with load distribution and maintenance tasks.

Nagarjuna Reddy completed their Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Siddhartha Institute of Engineering & Technology. Nagarjuna then pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of New Haven. Currently, they are enrolled in the Fox School of Business at Temple University, where they are pursuing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Nagarjuna has obtained several certifications. Nagarjuna achieved the Engineer In Training certification from NCEES in May 2019, followed by passing the FE Exam in March 2019. Nagarjuna also completed the IPC-A-600 Acceptability of Printed Circuit Boards certification from the Blackfox Training Institute in July 2020. Recently, in January 2023, Nagarjuna obtained a certification named "Agile: It's Not Just for Software" from LinkedIn.
