Joshua Causey

Joshua Causey has extensive experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) software implementations and support for the petroleum and automotive industries. Joshua worked as a Business Support Analyst at Enertia Software from July 2013 to present, where they were responsible for designing training courses, conducting client personnel training, consulting on business processes, and providing technical support for ERP software. Joshua utilized skills in data analysis, data mapping, and data integrity using Microsoft SQL server. Prior to that, they worked as a Software Consultant at The Reynolds and Reynolds Company from June 2011 to July 2013, where they focused on ERP software configuration, training, and business process consultation in the automotive industry. Joshua'skey areas of expertise included increasing system utilization and dealership profitability.

Joshua Causey attended the University of Nevada, Reno from 2005 to 2009. During their time there, they pursued two bachelor's degrees in both Psychology and Sociology.
