Nic Burtea

Nic Burtea has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and companies. Nic began their career at Maddox Metal Works in 1996 as a Project Engineer, where they worked until 1999. In 2000, they joined Enertia Software as a Senior Developer and held this role until 2008. From 2008 to 2014, Nic was the Application Development Manager at Enertia Software. Nic then transitioned to the role of Director - Application Development from 2014 to 2015. Currently, Nic holds the position of CTO at Enertia Software, starting in October 2015.

Nic Burtea received a BSME degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington, starting in 1992 and completing in 1997. Afterward, from 1999 to 2001, they pursued a BS degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas Permian Basin. Lastly, from 2002 to 2004, Nic studied at Southern Methodist University, earning an MS degree in Software Engineering.
