Lisa Ha

Lisa Ha has over 8 years of work experience in the recruitment and people operations field. Lisa began their career as a Community Volunteer at One Brick in 2013 and a HOST Volunteer at Norman Y. Mineta San Jose Int'l Airport in 2012. In 2014, they worked as an Office Specialist I, Registrar of Voters at the County of Santa Clara. From 2015 to 2019, they held various roles at Google, XCEO, Inc., QuinStreet, and Lyft. Most recently, they have been a Recruiting Coordinator (via West Valley Staffing Group) at NVIDIA since 2021 and a People Operations Coordinator at EnerVenue since 2022.

Lisa Ha holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Psychology from San Jose State University. Lisa also has two certifications from the County of Santa Clara: Certification of Appreciation / Outstanding Administrative Professional and Certification of Outstanding Leadership.
